This page explains what data nefosfer.com collects, why, and how it is handled.
In short
This is a static brochure site. It runs no advertising pixel and no profiling cookie. We collect data only when you fill in the contact form or write to us directly, and we use it to answer you. We do not sell it or pass it to third parties for marketing.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Nefosfer Bilişim ve Dijital Teknolojiler Limited Şirketi, a limited company registered in Ankara, Turkey. It is the data controller for the purposes of Turkish data protection law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

2. What we collect
- What you send us: name, email address, organisation, the topic you select and the message you write.
- Direct contact: anything you share when you email or call us.
- Server logs: the hosting platform keeps standard access records (IP address, browser, request time) for security and service continuity. We do not use these for marketing.
3. Why we use it
- To assess your enquiry and reply to you;
- To determine scope and prepare a proposal;
- To keep the site secure and available;
- To meet our legal obligations.
The consent you give when submitting the form covers the first two purposes and can be withdrawn at any time by writing to us.
4. Third-party services
- Cloudflare Pages: hosting and delivery of this site.
- Form delivery service and our email provider: passing your form message to our company mailbox.
There is no advertising network, social media pixel or behavioural analytics tool on this site. Fonts and images load from our own server, so your browser makes no request to an external domain while you read these pages.
These providers may operate servers outside Turkey. Where that is the case, the transfer happens on the basis of your consent and the provider's own safeguards.
5. Retention and security
Enquiries are kept in our company mailbox and are accessible only to the team members handling them. The whole site is served over HTTPS. Data is retained for the periods required by applicable law, then deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) applies to us; if you are in the EEA or UK, GDPR rights apply to your data as well. Write to info@nefosfer.com and we will respond within thirty days.

7. Cookies
This site does not currently set cookies. It has no login, cart or personalisation feature that would need one, and no analytics or advertising tool is installed. That is why you see no cookie banner here. If an analytics tool is added later, this page will be updated and consent will be requested where required.
8. External links
We link to Linguaiser, Learnaiser and our social media profiles. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their content or data practices.
9. Changes
This notice may be updated as our services or the applicable law change. The current version is always published on this page.
